First of all, don't do it. Second, you need to realize that you're not alone and that things will get better or at least more manageable over time. Third, you're not the only person to ever have these feelings. You need to seek out others that experience these symptoms and find out what they do to manage their daily lives. You need to see a doctor for your symptoms, however people suffering from depression often have their hopes shattered once they begin taking antidepressants and two months later they not only don't feel much better, but they've also got a whole lot of side effects from the medication to deal with.
